After a 2-Day Holiday, the Indonesian National Team Prepares Against the Philippines

The national team conducted a training session at ABC Field, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (11/20/2018). In practice, Bima provides a number of one-hour sports menus.

This is the first national team training prepared for the match against the Philippines on November 20. Previously, Bima gave training for two days after losing to Thailand on Saturday (11/17).

In this exercise, Bima focused on restoring the physical condition of the players, especially those who played against Thailand. The players also had time to do a small game session.
Andik Vermansah also underwent full training. Previously when facing Thailand, the former Selangor FA player and Kedah FA suffered pain in his hand.

"Today we are practicing a lot of recovery. There is a small match. Then it closes with five against five for players who don't play in Thailand," Bima said after training.

"For Andik, there is no problem. Before that I took full training too. We hope he can recover quickly," he said.

Indonesia will face the Philippines at the Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) on November 20. The match will determine Indonesia's steps in the AFF 2018 Cup, given the chances of qualifying for the semifinals will shrink.

Indonesia is currently ranked fourth with three points. While Thailand is top of the standings with a collection of six points, followed by the Philippines with the same points. Singapore is in third place with the same points as Indonesia.
